Founded in 2016 by agent’s assistant, actor, and director Reis Daniel, the agency was born from a genuine passion to champion under-represented and under-appreciated talent, and to create meaningful pathways into the entertainment industry.

Nearly a decade on, Three’s a Crowd Management has grown into a trusted, supportive home for actors at all stages of their careers.
